FINANCIAL FINALITY & NON-REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Engagement
ViaGo LLC operates an invitation-only environment for private investment, project development, advisory scopes, and controlled execution agreements. All financial commitments are structured, planned, and deployed toward defined contractual objectives. Payments received by ViaGo LLC represent binding engagement and allocation of resources, personnel, operational capacity, and strategic deliverables.
2. Non-Refundable Financial Structure
All payments made to ViaGo LLC are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible under any circumstance once invoiced, confirmed, or allocated. Due to the private-capacity, strategic, and operational nature of the services provided, payments cannot be cancelled, retracted, reassigned, or converted.
3. External Conditions & Regulatory Decisions
ViaGo LLC is not liable for any loss, restriction, denial, delay, operational limitation, regulatory decision, or governmental condition affecting project or execution timelines. Such events do not create eligibility for refund, credit, or compensation.
4. Financial Integrity & Compliance
All payments must be processed only through official corporate channels under formal invoicing. We do not support informal transfers or refunds under any form. Any financial return (if ever approved for commercial reasons at ViaGo LLC’s sole discretion) must be returned only to the original payer and via the same settlement channel.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall ViaGo LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost opportunities, loss of expectation, reputational impact, or operational timing effects.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively under Wyoming jurisdiction and U.S. federal commercial rules.
By initiating any financial transaction with ViaGo LLC, the client confirms full acknowledgment of this non-refund, non-reversal, non-cancellation policy.
