1. Corporate Identity

ViaGo LLC (“ViaGo”, “the Company”) is a U.S-registered business entity headquartered in the State of Wyoming. ViaGo operates in the field of international investment, strategic project development, and controlled high-level execution. Engagement with ViaGo is private, invitation-only, and subject to corporate approval and formal contracting.

2. Scope of Engagement

ViaGo LLC provides strategic advisory, investment structuring, project positioning, operational execution frameworks, controlled movement environments, and high-confidentiality solutions for qualified clients and entities. ViaGo LLC does not operate as a public travel agency, reseller, or ticketing service.

3. Confidentiality & Discretion

All interactions, documentation, financial structures, and strategic materials are confidential. Disclosure, replication, or publication without written authorization from ViaGo LLC is strictly prohibited. ViaGo reserves the right to refuse or terminate engagement where discretion or security is at risk.

4. Financial Commitments

All payments, deposits, retainers, or investment allocations made to ViaGo LLC are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible under any circumstance once confirmed. Financial engagement represents allocation of resources, personnel, and operational capacity that cannot be undone.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

ViaGo LLC delivers professional capacity, but does not guarantee outcomes affected by regulatory changes, government action, international restrictions, access quotas, logistical barriers, or any external conditions beyond direct company control.

6. Limitation of Liability

ViaGo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, operational, or financial damages, including loss of expectations or commercial impact.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved under Wyoming jurisdiction and U.S. commercial arbitration standards.
